This Factory Compliance Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (the factory, supplier, or its authorized representative) and US Furniture Factory Hub (https://155455.com/). By checking the acceptance box at registration or continuing to publish listings, you agree to this Agreement in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Platform Role
US Furniture Factory Hub is a B2B information directory. We display factory profiles and product information to help US buyers discover suppliers. We are not your agent, distributor, escrow, customs broker, or guarantor of any order, payment, delivery, quality, or regulatory compliance.
2. Accurate Information
You represent and warrant that all information you submit is true, complete, and not misleading, including but not limited to:
- Company identity and contact details
- Product descriptions, specifications, images, and prices
- US warehouse / stock claims (these are self-reported; the platform does not audit inventory)
- MOQ, shipping estimates, and tariff-related fields
You must promptly update or unpublish listings when stock, price, or contact details change.
3. Intellectual Property
You may upload only content you own or are licensed to use. You must not upload stolen product photos, brand logos you are not authorized to use, or text copied from third parties in a way that infringes rights. Upon notice of alleged infringement, we may remove content and suspend accounts.
4. Product & Trade Compliance
- You will not list illegal goods, counterfeit branded products, or items prohibited under applicable US or Chinese law.
- You will not use the platform to instruct or encourage customs under-declaration, false country-of-origin, forced-labor violations, or sanctions evasion.
- Export, labeling, safety, and customs compliance remain your and the buyer’s responsibility for each transaction.
5. Advertising & Marketing Claims (China & US)
You will not make false or exaggerated claims about guaranteed US orders, government endorsement, or platform certification. Membership or listing visibility does not mean US Furniture Factory Hub verified your factory, stock, or quality.
6. Buyer Personal Data
If you receive buyer contact details through Buy Requests or inquiries, you may use them only to respond to that legitimate business inquiry. You must not sell, publish, bulk-export, or spam buyer personal data. You must comply with applicable personal-information laws when processing buyer data.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Impersonating another company
- Scraping the site or harvesting contacts
- Circumventing plan limits or access controls
- Uploading malware or illegal content
8. Enforcement
We may hide listings, suspend membership features, or terminate accounts for violations, with or without prior notice when needed to protect users or legal compliance. Report issues to legal@155455.com.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless US Furniture Factory Hub and its operators from claims arising out of your listings, intellectual-property infringement, product quality, shipment, customs issues, misuse of buyer data, or violation of this Agreement.
10. Language & Governing Law
The English version controls. This Agreement is governed as stated in the Terms of Service.
