US Furniture Factory Hub is a directory platform. Shipping terms, MOQ (minimum order quantity), lead times, and warehouse locations are set by each factory—not by the platform. Always confirm details directly with the factory before placing an order.
US Warehouse Listings
Some factories indicate US warehouse regions (for example East Coast, West Coast, Central, or specific states). These fields are self-reported. The platform does not independently audit warehouse inventory. Buyers should request proof of stock, warehouse address, and delivery SLA from the factory.
Shipping from China vs. US Stock
- US warehouse / domestic ship: Often faster last-mile delivery within the United States; may suit Amazon FBA prep or wholesale replenishment.
- Factory direct / ocean freight: Typically lower unit cost but longer transit; MOQ may be higher; customs and duties apply.
Listing pages may show indicative unit price, shipping cost, or tariff fields when the factory has enabled them on a paid plan. These figures are estimates only and can change.
MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)
Each factory sets its own MOQ by product, material, or finish. MOQ may differ for US stock vs. made-to-order production. The platform does not enforce a single MOQ rule across all suppliers.
Lead Times
Lead times depend on stock on hand, production schedules, and carrier capacity. Factories quote timelines; US Furniture Factory Hub does not guarantee delivery dates.
Customs, Duties & Compliance
US buyers are responsible for import compliance, duties, tariffs, labeling, and any applicable regulations (including product safety and forced-labor due diligence). Factories may assist with documentation, but buyers should consult their customs broker or legal advisor.
Disputes & Quality
