US Furniture Factory Hub is a business-to-business (B2B) online directory and information platform. We help US buyers discover Chinese furniture factories that list products and, where stated, US warehouse availability. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and factories.
3. What We Do Not Do
- We do not process payments between buyers and factories for product orders.
- We do not hold escrow, guarantee delivery, or inspect goods.
- We do not verify every factory claim (including US warehouse stock, pricing, tariffs, certifications, or MOQ).
- We do not provide legal, customs, or import compliance advice.
All listings, prices, and business claims are submitted by factories or their representatives. Buyers must perform their own due diligence before placing orders.
4. Accounts
Factory and buyer accounts must provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account.
5. Buy Requests & Contact Sharing
When a buyer posts a Buy Request, contact details submitted with that request may be shown to registered factories according to their membership plan. By posting a Buy Request, buyers consent to this limited sharing for legitimate sourcing inquiries.
Factories must use buyer contact information only for responding to relevant sourcing requests and must not spam, resell, or misuse personal data.
6. Factory Listings & Membership
Factories may publish product listings, profiles, and (on eligible plans) blog or SEO pages subject to plan limits shown on our pricing page. Membership fees, when charged, cover directory and platform features only—not guaranteed leads, sales, or rankings.
During beta or free-trial periods, features and limits may change with reasonable notice on the site.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- False, misleading, or infringing listings or profiles
- Impersonation or unauthorized representation of a factory or buyer
- Scraping, bulk harvesting of contact data, or automated abuse
- Uploading malware, illegal content, or material that violates third-party rights
- Circumventing plan limits or access controls
8. Content & Intellectual Property
Factories represent that they have rights to text, images, and other materials they upload. We may remove or hide content that appears unlawful, infringing, or misleading after review or upon receiving a valid notice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The site and all listings are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, US Furniture Factory Hub and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business arising from your use of the site or any transaction with a factory or buyer.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the site operators from claims arising out of your listings, Buy Requests, misuse of contact data, or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts or arbitration institution with jurisdiction where the operator is located, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
